I am a UK property deal sourcer working with both investors and other deal sourcers to connect the right opportunities with the right buyers. I source and assess below-market-value and value-add properties across a range of strategies, including flips, BRR, buy-to-let and HMO opportunities. My focus is on understanding each investor’s criteria, presenting clear headline figures and matching suitable stock based on location, budget, refurbishment appetite, timescale and target returns. I also work collaboratively with other sourcers through transparent co-sourcing arrangements, helping distribute relevant stock to active investors while maintaining clear communication throughout the process. I am particularly interested in genuine BMV opportunities, motivated sellers, refurb projects and properties with clear potential for capital uplift, strong rental returns or profitable resale.
